Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage therapy is a critical component to athlete readiness and recovery. Physical training and schedules are considered during the intake process and the client is encouraged to share additional training information as needed. Whether you are an athlete preparing for a competition, or a physically active person preparing for the adventures of life, sports massage is for you! We can work to correct soft tissue imbalances that are causing you pain and tension through a variety of techniques that also enhance circulation and muscle range of motion.
Traditional Massage Therapy
Traditional massage on a massage table may be just what you need to help boost your energy levels while experiencing a relaxing, peaceful massage. Massage therapy can boost your mood and promote better quality sleep, thus making you feel more rested and less worn-out at the end of the day. Gone are the days when massage was a luxury! Massage therapy needs to be part of your personal monthly maintenance— much like we take care of our vehicles.

** We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Cancellations must be made and confirmed via phone or text. All no-shows, and no-calls within 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the price of the service(s) scheduled for that day.
** Vouchers are marked as redeemed for no-shows or cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled appointment.
** Vouchers and packages are non-refundable. Packages are not transferable to others. Each appointment within a package follows the 24-hr cancellation policy. Missed appointments for packages or programs will be deducted from the package.
** Prices are subject to change with or without notice.
** Appointments are required to be paid in full at time of reservation.
